14th January 2008 - Press and media interest in “Clarinda” is increasing. Their photos appeared in both newspapers on 15th Jan. To see some “unofficial” photos of the event go the Photos page.

January 2008 - Rehearsals began on 7th January, unfortunately without our “Robert Burns”. Due to other commitments Kieran Brown was unable to get away from his European tour in time to join us. May 2006 - “Clarinda" is launched with four showcases of the music as part of the BURNS AN' A' THAT FESTIVAL in Ayr in the delightful  Rozelle House (a former mansion house now housing an art gallery).

Rozelle House is approximately 1 mile from the cottage where Robert Burns was born, and “The Roselle” was the ship which carried Nancy to Jamaica, (coincidentally the same ship which Burns himself intended to sail there on in 1786)  so a highly fitting venue for the initial performances of “Clarinda

January 25th 2006 - Burns Day - Clarinda” is announced to the public for the first time when Mike and Kevin appear on BBC Radio Scotland’s “Radio Cafe” to discuss the project
